We will also not be selling or recommending overpriced supplements we know the facts that know one else is telling you. Waste of money!! It goes against the integrity of what we are specialised in as Personal trainers, we are not dieticians but support them fully so we will refer on.

Each session of training for our clients has been meticulously prepared and planned with constant communication with them.
Gyms are not needed but never discouraged, all our clients benefit from having their own individual programs they do on their own as well as seeing us once a week, twice a week, or once every fortnight whatever is doable.
